Sean’s passion for physiotherapy is fed by helping people move better and overcome pain so they can get the most out of their play, life and work.
He enjoys treating a variety of bone, joint, muscle, pain and movement problems/conditions through the use of hands on therapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation.
He takes a whole person approach, including thorough assessment and diagnosis to ensure a tailored treatment to get patients back into action quickly and confidently.
Areas of special interest include:
- Spinal related pain
- Gym and home based exercise rehabilitation
- Complex lower limb rehabilitation (Hip, Knee, ankle)
- Sports injury management
- Return to work programs
- Injury prevention (Occupational and Sport)
Furthermore Sean’s previous studies in Exercise Science and clinical experience provides specialised knowledge in exercise prescription for injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and injury prevention.
Sean’s life passion is playing in the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family (preferably both at the same time). He is a self proclaimed jack of all trades and master of none when it come to his adventure pursuits. When his not working you can be sure he is running, riding, paddling, surfing, climbing, hiking or diving some where in our amazing South West.
